Adjustable Neptune 4+ purge bucket (right side)

EDIT (30.03.2025): added V2 with better “Y” position (holder depth), changed bucket slide part geometry

You will need:

• frame mount - 2x M4x16 screw, 2x M4 washer (to not scratch frame), 2x M4 nut
• assembly - 2x M3x12 screw, 2x M3 nut
• 20mm PTFE tube ID2/OD4
• toothpick
• AL foil

Printing:

• print all parts as oriented in STL
• holder - no supports needed
• bucket - 1 large overhang, but not critical for function, print supportless if you can

Shape the aluminum foil onto the slanted wall of the bucket (PTFE tube side), secure with PTFE tube. Secure PTFE tube with 2mm toothpick, cut toothpick 1mm far from bucket so you can easily remove it later. Mount holder, do not tighten screws, slide bucket in, adjust position, tighten screws. I have best results when nozzle do a tiny touch to the PTFE tube - it helps to cut the string.
