Creality K1C & K1 Rear Fan Cover. IMPROVED

This Air duct was designed to take away more “warn air” from around the nozzle area insted of down low and in the many first layers below the printbed.

This is made so it lays flat with the back wall and wont be in the way of the hot end.

Print Settings

• Infill 20%
• Walls 2
• Layer 0.2mm
• Printed in ABS, PETG & PLA.

There were some problems with airflow in the earlier version, so i made the internal space smaller and incorporated some flow optimization inside the part.

The outside is almost the same besides the honeycombs have gotten bigger as well.

i put in a picture of the part cut in half for the visual, so you can see the changes.
