Description
Edit the sketch called "spline" to adjust it to your liking. It's best to just delete the constraints and moving the points with the move tool or dragging them manually.
In the past, I've used a combination of plumbing tape and a felt washer to keep it from rotating. See makes for pictures. With V3 i just hand tighten it at a 45 degree offset, then use the extension and the stick respectively as a lever to tighten it further.
UPDATE V3: Added lead-in chamfers to the external thread, made the nut knurling plays nicely with the model history. Thickened up the nut walls to avoid it breaking. Updated the threads to 0.2mm clearance (0.1 on each thread) instead of the default 0.06mm.
UPDATE: V2 has thicker walls (8mm), but the model history is more prone to break, check with the section analysis if the nut is aligned properly before exporting. I've also added some rake adapters, they are 27mm in height.
Recommended print settings:
Adaptive layer height, manually set it to 0.08 on the threads
8 Walls
30% Infill
Paint a support so it doesn't fall over.
The nut doesn't strictly need supports, even though it has a 90 degree overhang due to the circular nature of the paths. If you don't want to fiddle with removing the loose strands, enable supports.
