Nissan Silvia S15 HVAC gear

Usually one of the teeth break off over time. There are 4 gears in the unit. Check which one is broken for you. This gear is the one that drives the large gear with the lever arm. It has 13T on one end and 41T on the other end. The model worked good with my Polylite white PLA. Depending on your filament calibration and settings, the dimensions could be slightly off and the gears might slip or it could be too big. You could try adjusting scale slightly or try making your own in Fusion, adjusting the spur gear settings until you get the right gear engagement.
