After your print is done, put either a 9-inch or a 12-inch balloon over the circular half of the barrel. Gluing it on would be the best option. That's all there is to making it. When you get to using it, you should use both hands. This is the most practical way to get it to work. It can also hide the foam shooter, making it a sneaky tool. Holding it this way makes the shot more accurate. It should shoot about 30 feet. Make sure to put a quick blow in the balloon before loading and launching. The balloon doesn't need to stretch at all.
