Description
I may have other sizes available, and can create additional molds on request. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for a mold that is not available on printables, or if you need a mold fabricated: Custom Cigar Molds. I specialize in custom mold design to include hard to find sizes and figurados.
This is a collection of some of the cigar molds / forms I have designed and used. Each side presses together to help form the tobacco while it sets. Every single mold posted is first printed and used as a cigar mold before I share the model. If the mold does not work, it does not get posted! These are molds designed and made by a cigar roller, and the design has changed and improved over time. I sell molds that are different than the free files posted here.
These molds are non-commercial and for personal use only, if you need a mold printed, please contact me directly.

Notes:
I enjoy rolling cigars on occasion, and like the look and feel of cigars that have been molded prior to being wrapped. The files are labeled with "Ring Gauge" x "Length" x "Number of Cigars". Each complete mold has a separate top and bottom file. All molds are "Parejo" unless otherwise noted. The ring gauge listed is the actual size of the mold. After wrapping, I find ring gauge goes up 2-3 sizes depending on wrapper thickness and technique.
Update 2025 new molds moving forward will be sized as wrapped. For example, a 42 mold measures 40 in the mold, and will be about 2 sizes larger when wrapped and will end up as a 42 final size.
These should be oriented to print with the outside of the mold on the build plate. (Top of the top facing down, and bottom of the bottom facing down). While I do not think these need high pressure to form cigars properly, I would recommend 20-25% infill to ensure there is enough structure to press on.
If you have significant xy skew, these molds will not mate properly (even with the relief I have designed in) as both halves will be skewed in opposite directions. I recommend this YACS horizontal model to help with skew adjustment of your printer.

I use adjustable c-clamp vice grips to compress and hold the molds together. Sometimes I use a thin piece of scrap wood to spread out the pressure of the clamp. The link is an amazon affiliate link and helps to support my efforts!
I am willing to add additional molds on request, and would appreciate any donations to help support this effort. Please also consider posting a make to show your results.
