NEMA 17 motor mount for 40x40 extrusion - from Belter Ender 3

i was modding my ender 3 like every other user and i needed some way to tension a belt for my new moving system. i was thinking of how to do it and how to make it reliable like how i added belted z and never had a problem with it and it just clicked. so i took the model from github changed some stuff and got implementation i wanted. Its really just great design

hardware needed:

• 4x M3 8mm for motor
• 2x M3 10mm for holding motor in position
• 2x M3 nuts
• 2x M5 nuts
• 1x M5 30mm for adjusting position

you could also just get 6x M3 10mm instead

And also you need some screws for mounting the plate to 40x40 profile for this file you would need 10mm M5 with T nut i recommend 4 of each. but i also recommend adjust the size for your needs.

UPDATE 25.3.2025:

• adjusted the design so you could use 8mm M5 bolts and so bolt heads wont touch the belt
