Parametric Triple Sticker Caddy – Portable Sticker Box

This parametric sticker caddy keeps your stickers protected and ready to go. It is designed with three customizable slots and can hold three different sticker types or sizes. The snap-on lid ensures your stickers stay clean, flat, and ready for use, while convenient thumb cutouts make accessing them quick and easy.

Features

• Protective Snap-on Lid: Secure lid snaps into place, protecting stickers from dust, creasing, and accidental loss.
• Easy Sticker Access: Thumb cutouts next to each slot for effortless removal.
• Versatile Storage: Suitable for square or rectangular stickers but accommodates any sticker shape.
• Fully Parametric: Customize the width and length separately for each of the three sticker slots.
• Adjustable Slot Height: Change the height for all slots to accommodate more or fewer stickers, depending on sticker thickness. For example, setting a 10 mm slot height would fit approximately 50 stickers, each 0.2 mm thick.

There are lots of pre-made STLs you can download for different sticker sizes and capacities.

Printing Settings

• Prints without supports in PLA, PETG, or similar.
• It looks best when printed at the lowest layer height you can set, but 0.20 mm works, too.
• No additional hardware is required.

Assembly

1. Print one holder and one lid that match the dimensions.
2. Insert stickers into slots.
3. Snap the lid onto the box for secure closure.

Parameters

You can modify this design in Fusion 360 (the free version is enough) using parameters to fit your needs. Download the Fusion 360 design file (in "Design Files" at the bottom of the downloads), open it, and then you can change the parameters by clicking on Solid → Modify → Change Parameters.
