Description
I have come up with a new way to firmly secure MFT accessories to your workbench. Since many people have tables with different sized dog holes, I have made a range of differently sized Push Dogs. Just find the size that works best for your situation and then take it from there. Start with a Push Dog at 100% and then use the 97%, 98%, 99%, 101%, 102%, or 103% Dogs provided to get the perfect fit.
Each set of Push Dogs ranges from 25mm to 50mm and have tops with M8 internal threading. This is for attaching a range of secondary accessories. There are Cam Locks, Low Profile Fences, Extrusion, and MORE!
Why separate the 2 halves? It will reduce the amount of wasted filament and the overall number of pieces that your will need to print. Plus, this system of incredibly versatile! Are you finished using the Low Profile Fence? Just unscrew the Push Dogs and screw on a different top and you're good to go.
Overall, there is a wide variety of things that you may benefit from when using these Dogs.
****I have also added some blank threading so you can Union it to your own accessories to make them compatible with this system****
Print Suggestions:
Layer Height: 0.16 (use this since there is threading that we want to be well-defined)
Walls: 2
Infill: 15% or more
Support: Nope! Most pieces can be oriented to avoid using any supports
