Rugged Case for Nordic Semiconductor Power Profiler Kit II PPK2

This is a rugged case for the Nordic Semiconductor Power Profiler Kit II. It holds the PPK2, two micro USB cables, the breakout jumper wires that come with the kit, and some extra jumper wires and probe clips. Below the PPK2 is a cavity for the USB cables, and behind the top insert plate is another cavity for the rest of the stuff.

To put it together you need six M3x30mm screws and a piece of 8-10mm thick foam. The foam should be glued to the Box - Insert Top piece and should stick out about 1mm past the insert on all sides. There's a DXF file for the foam outline in case you have a laser cutter.

As with the original rugged box design, you can print the seal in soft TPU to use as an actual seal, but you'll have to scale it up slightly in the Z axis when printing. I'm using the seal as a decorative inlay printed in hard plastic, so I slimmed it down.
