Description
This is a very simple print, but to solve an annoying issue. I found when using a lot of hangars on a normal hook, i was very difficult to easily pick what I needed, since the hooks bunched up.
I was not able to install a normal hanging rail, due to limited wall space, and the fact that I wanted the clothes flat against the wall, so my best bet was to buy some super cheap Sibbhult wall brackets, and convert them! They were only €/$1 each, and were much sturdier than the old wall mounted hook.
I have included two M4 mounting holes to secure the piece to the Sibbhult bracket, but for me, it was easier to epoxy the parts together, and might be stronger in the long term. I would recommend using stronger wall plugs or screwing directly into the joists, if you intend to load up the rail with heavier clothing items.
In a funny way, it s nearly best to have a really bad, rough top surface finish, as it helps prevent the hangars from sliding around and bunching up, so you can increase the top surface infill.
Hope you get as much benefit out of this as I do! :)
