Repairkit Aircompressor (easy & fast!) Ver 1.1

DEUTSCH: 

Einfaches, schnell zu druckendes Ersatzteil für einen handelsüblichen Werkstattkompressor von Marken wie Rowi, Parkside, Güde, Workzone, Einhell, Scheppach und wie sie alle heißen mögen.

Druckt es auf der Seite liegend mit Support aus, sonst bricht es gleich wieder. Kann man mit PETG (oder besser) drucken, bzw. das Gewinde vom Support ausnehmen.

In den Bilder ist das Gewinde noch etwas zu lang. Dies ist aber in der STL behoben. Ausdruck dauert eine halbe Stunde maximal und das neue Gewinde kann einfach auf den Filter gesteckt werden.

Zur Sicherheit kann man noch Klebstoff verwenden, aber auf dem Kunststoff des Filters hält kein Klebstoff der Welt.

Da es sich hier um eine 10-mm-Bohrung in einem M16-Gewinde handelt, wird auch dieser Ersatz immer wieder brechen. Das ist vom Werk aus ein nicht behebbarer Konstruktionsfehler, bzw. geplante Obsoleszenz. Simple, quick to print spare part for a standard workshop compressor from brands such as Rowi, Parkside, Güde, Workzone, Einhell, Scheppach and what they all may be called.

Print it lying on its side with support, otherwise it will break again. It can be printed with PETG (or better), or remove the thread from the support.

In the pictures, the thread is still a little too long. But this is fixed in the STL. Printout takes half an hour maximum and the new thread can simply be put on the filter.

For safety, you can still use glue, but on the plastic of the filter holds no glue in the world.

Since this is a 10 mm hole in an M16 thread, this replacement will also break again and again. This is an unrecoverable design flaw from the factory, or planned obsolescence.
