Recommended print settings:

• Material:  PLA / PETG
• Layer Height: 0.15 mm or less
• Infill % : 15+
• Supports: No
• Print Orientation: Default as modeled
• Brim: Optional

Background:

Many sewing machines come with some felt pads (usually red) that keep the spool from rubbing the painted finish as the bobbin spins. 

This is a 3D printed alternative.

Incidentally, this was modeled completely in PrusaSlicer!
