Stronger Phone Holder Base

Printed the shelf phone stand. Came out nice, assembled easily enough. I unscrewed the phone holder assembly so I could tighten the ball joint retention ring further, dropped it 3 inches onto my desk, and the thin screw broke near the base.

I happened to notice that the screw that holds this piece to the one below it actually blocks the first 8mm or so of thread, and most people would never need the threads to go down that far anyway, so I added a simple additional taper just to give it a bit more surface area, and reprinted it more solidly.
