1/4" hex bit holder for DeWalt drills/drivers w Tool Connect

Remix of @LowellAlleman's excellent bit holder but modified to fit the newer tool bases.  Many new Dewalt Tools include a bump out in the base to allow for inserting their Tool Connect tracker which interfered with the original model in several ways.  This remix includes:

• Slightly wider base
• Shorter overall length
• Offset screw hole

I'm using this for the DCF870, but I think this would also be the correct fit for:

• DCF870
• DCF860
• DCF850
• DCF845
• DCD1007
• DCD999
• DCD800

Still uses the same M3x10mm socket head cap screw
