Description
This is a business card roll top case
Version A is the big version with space for about 60 cards and version B is for about 30 cards (depending on your cards thickness)
The Slidingdoor should be printed in a mix of PLA and TPU (It is important to use 0.2 mm layer hight). Print the first two layers in TPU with your TPU settings afterwards change the material to PLA. For the first layer PLA use the temperature of the TPU for a stronger bond. Additionally you could use the life adjust z fuction (depending on your printer) to lower the first layer of PLA to also achieve a better bond between TPU and PLA.
Happy printing with my first published project

Post-Printing:
Just insert the sliding door into Side A and afterwards stick Side B into Side A. If it isn't a snug fit apply a little bit of glue to ensure a good connection between the two parts.

How I Designed This:
I used Fusion 360 to modell the parts and had to print and test a few iterations. Got inspiration by many different things (roll boxes and business card cases) but to many to mention and also designed everything completely on my own.Â
