3dk.berlin Spool Filament Clip

An inline filament clip for 3dk.berlin spools.

The clip weighs roughly 1g and the filament can be clipped-in/removed without removing the clip.

The clip can remain inside the spool.

Spool Variants

Printing

• 100% infill
• print nipple up - lay flat on face with filament recess
• recommend layer height between 0.20mm to 0.40mm
• good with 0.6mm nozzle but everything else works too
• no supports
• wall generator: classic
• with smooth printbed, edges of filament recess will melt a bit inward, holding the filament even better. You might have to thread it in and not be able to push it in from the side.
• with textured printbed, there is no inward melting, you can push the filament in from the side.
