Mopsa Clip on Lamp Replacement Bulldog Clip

Fits Habitat Mopsa Clip Lamp should the original clip break. Unscrew the pin in the middle, take spring and middle pin out of old lamp. Use a large flat head screw driver to carefully prise the rubber grips on the clip off the original, they are glued on so needs the screw driver working under the back of the rubber all around to finally get the pads off, glue to the replacement clip. Prise lid off the electronics box, squeeze both sides of the DC connector with pilers from inside box whist pushing out the back of the lamp. Cut the wires at the DC connector then re-terminate once in new housing. Take the bold off the gooseneck going to the lamp. Remove washer and nut, then remove the gooseneck. The gooseneck will screw into the new housing, then put washer and nut back on the back. Put the pin and spring back into the new clip.
