Spool Holder Remix (625-2RS Bearings)

This remix is for anyone with leftover 625-2RS bearings from a Voron build.  I took the stand and rollers from my dry box design and streamlined the base to be used without the container.  (Of course, you could use the original without the container but it looked weird.)

Compatible Spool Size

This design was intended for 1kg spools, but the only constraints are maximum width and minimum diameter.  

• 80mm max width
• 165mm min diameter

Supplies

It uses the same fasteners as before.

• (4) 625-2RS bearings for the rollers
• (4) M5x10 BHCS for the bearing axles
• (4) M3x5x4 heat set inserts for the base
• (4) M3x8 BHCS to attach the sides to the base

Printing

I repeat the same printing precautions from the original model.  Take care when printing the rollers in a vertical orientation.  I recommend slicing with random seams, scarf joints, and a brim.  Carefully calibrate your first layer and use glue/adhesive products to further increase bed adhesion.
