If you are challenged by critter infestations, or want a device to potentially help reorient annoying beasts, this might be your solution. It's basically an ultrasonic sound generator that can be driven by Homekit home automation. Since ultrasonic sounds might be harmful to some beasts, please use care when deploying this potential solution. One potential use might be to deter feral cats from populating wild bird friendly areas and trees. Cats can hear ultrasonic sound, but research says that most bird hearing is from 1 to 4khz and they don't hear ultrasonic frequencies very well. YMMV.

- I used an OPXL5H with .6 nozzles, input shaper, .32 speed layers, 15% gyroid infill, support enforcers for access panel opening (organic supports)

Assembly
- Assembly is straightforward
- Install tweeter horns with 4mm x 8mm screws after placing voron inserts into housing
- Install ultrasonic generator with 3mm x 6mm screws after placing voron inserts into housing supports
- Slide amplifier into support channel
- Glue top plate using Gorilla glue clear (wet surfaces with water beforehand)
- Connect all wiring per diagram
Usage
- I have a security system that can be triggered by critter motion or sound
- I created tailored actions that are fired when the trigger threshold is met
- I use an outdoor smart plug to cycle the ultrasonic device on for 10 seconds when triggered
- I use apps for decibel meters and frequency analyzers to tune both frequency and amplitude of the signal to target critters and operate within safety margins
