Wyze Lock Keypad Secure Cover

This minimalistic cover seamlessly integrates with the Wyze Lock Keypad's original mounting hardware and provides a simple solution to reduce the risk of theft or vandalism.

Simply place it behind the original mounting bracket and screw them both into the wall, slide the keypad on as normal, then slide the cover over the keypad and fix it in place with a screw at the bottom.

This design is heavily inspired by @BenKenobi's secure cover for the Wyze Video Doorbell V2 – if you're reading this, thank you so much for your work!

This model could use some improvements, such as thinner walls/less material and a slightly tighter fit, but I've been using it without issue so far.

The screw hole is designed for an M3x6mm countersunk screw and an M3x3mm heatset insert in the bracket. The heatset insert is optional – the tolerances are tight enough that a screw will be held in place by the hole in the cover, but let me know if you'd like the bracket adjusted with a smaller hole so the screw can thread into it rather than a heatset insert.

Since this part will (probably) be outside, it should not be printed in PLA, as it is likely to warp. PETG may be okay depending on the climate in your area, but ASA or similar would be ideal for its UV resistance and higher temperature tolerance.

No supports needed! Your default print settings are probably fine.
