Adapter Plate for UniFi Lite 8 PoE (USW-Lite-8-POE) to Flex 2.5G PoE (USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE)

I'm sure there are people which replaced their UniFi Lite 8 PoE (USW-Lite-8-POE) with the newer Flex 2.5G PoE (USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE). However, with that comes a new wall mounting adapter plate which has a different horizontal hole spacing.

With this adapter plate you can just reuse the old holes. Remove the old wall mounting adapter plate, screw on this 3D printed adapter plate and then screw on the new wall mounting adapter plate with M3x8 or M3x10 screws.

The design uses threaded inserts: M3x5.7 mm.
