Idler Pulley Steel Replacement Forbidden V1

Use at your own risk, this is a prototype. It will not hold up to long term use. I did get more miles than I expected out of mine, but unless you print it out of an exotic engineering filament or modify the design to work for metal, this isn’t a permanent replacement for the original part.

 Works with Druid V1 and Dreadnought V1.Print 100% infill, preferably with an engineering filament. Pictures are printed with PETG-CF, a 0.6mm nozzle, and a 0.3mm layer height. Print inside down, classic supports. Support accuracy is important for bearing fitment. 

Parts you'll need:

-6902 bearing(same as the original). 

-Sram EX1 16t chainring. X-SYNC Chainrings for Bosch | CR-XSNC-BOS-A1 | SRAM Sram part 00.6218.007.001

-4x M3x6 countersunk screws. I recommend stainless steel.

-4x M3*3*4.2 heat set inserts set from the back.
