Micro Mini Deluxe scooter bootle holder

I wanted to create bottleholder for my son's scooter, Micro Mini Deluxe (be aware, classic Micro mini has another type of bar). But found that classic cyklo bottles are too big and bulky for that purpose. So I designed one, that accommodate bottle from Solevita Juice from Lidl, that is really easy and cheaply obtainable. Diameter of that bottle is about 63 mm.

Printing instructions:

I printed Upper part and Counterpart with PETG and Bottompart with PLA and it works. The Upperpart needs some flexibility, so I will stick with PETG here.

Printed in 0.2 ressolution, but it is important to set at least 3 perimeters (if you printing with 0.4 nozzle).

Assembly instructions:

Upperpart must be slided to rod. If it is too tight, you may heat that part a little and it will slide well. Otherwise, you can scale it a little that or other way.

For bottom you need only 2 M3 20mm sockethead bolts and nuts. Slide nuts from front side to prepared hexagonal holes.
