Complete Bird Feeding System

1.           Obtain an empty 2L soda bottle
2.           Glue Hanger ring to bottom of bottle
3.           Add bird seed
4.           Assemble the parts
5.           Hang the feeder outside where the birds can find it and where you can see it 
6.           Wait for the birds
7.           Enjoy the show

All except the Scoop can be printed without supports.  Generally everything can be printed at 0.2mm layer height.  When printing the Base, if you are using the Prusa Slicer, I suggest reducing the layer height to minimum only in the threaded section to give a clean thread.  I use PLA and so far all is good after 2 years of exposure to the elements.

The Grid is an optional accessory to stop some birds from sweeping the seed they do not want onto the ground while they search for the specific one they want.

After roughing up the contact points for better adhesion, glue the Hanger Ring to the bottom of the soda bottle using epoxy.

The Funnel is sized to fit the soda bottle neck and does not require it to be held.
