SUP pump adapters

Adapter types available (from left to right)

• Large, medium, and small adapters for blow-up pool toys and such

• Adapters for thread-on one-way valve port (mine is on a Bestway SaluSpa hot tub)

Your SUP hand pump is a high quality, very capable tool.  It produces high volume and is capable of much higher pressure than most inflatables will need.  These adapters mate to the SUP pump hose 1/4 turn bayonet fitting (see Hulkey-Roberts 690NSBVG fill and deflate boat valve, https://www.halkeyroberts.com/Products/fill-and-deflate-boat-valve).

NOTE:

• If your SUP pump supports suction mode then you can also use these adapters for deflation.

• These all work fine using an electric SUP pump as well.

• Be careful to not over-inflate whatever you're blowing up, lest it blow up!

• Dec 2025 - Added 0.3mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm shims for snugging up the hose to the adapters.  These are to be placed under the rubber seal on the hose.  One of my hoses is a bit too loose.

The SaluSpa hot tub port uses a removable one-way valve.  For inflation the internal-thread adapter screws onto the valve.  For deflation, remove the valve and screw in the external thread adapter.

Print the adapters with the five-sided knob side down, with four wall loops, and support under the inside pin.  Maybe print with fuzzy skin for extra grippiness.  I printed in PETG.
