5 Gallon Bucket Caster Wheel Base

***Important Note: The quadrants are NOT identical. You will need to print one of each for the center threads to work correctly. Each is embossed with its number, and they are arranged counterclockwise.***

A pretty simple idea that I couldn't find a version of on here. I wanted to add wheels to a 5 gallon bucket so it could follow my dust collection setup, without putting holes in the bucket to screw anything in. 

You will need to print one of each quadrant, one lock ring, and four connectors. Support should not be needed for anything; quadrants lay flat, and connectors get printed vertically on the closed end. If your printer is large enough, there is now a one-piece version. This will require no assembly other than adding wheels.

If you printed in quadrants, arrange the quadrants by their numbers counterclockwise, and attach with the connectors, then screw the lock ring into the middle. Finally, insert four standard office chair casters (peg dimensions 11mm diameter, 22mm length).
