PicoCalc Back with Pico Probe Port

This modifies the original model to add a second (third?) USB port to the back shell, along with a mounting tray to hold the Raspberry Pi Debug Probe inside the case.

This mod will allow you to quickly reflash your PicoCalc without needing to press the BootSel button and without occupying the Pi Pico's Micro USB port.
