Description
Spare parts for Autohelm (now Raymarine) AH800, AH1000, AH2000, ST1000, ST2000 tiller pilots.
One version of the end plate is constructed without provisions for an o-ring. Original is with o-ring. Groove depth is chosen a bit shallower to ensure a better fit of the ring against the push rod.
Dimensions of end plate are enlarged compared to original due to the mechanical requirements of FDM printing.
Printed in PETG.

Notes:
The end plate experiences some mechanical stresses. So use adequate filament and correct temperatures for good layer adhesion.
For the button plate, the length of the pin has been extended by 0.3mm to adjust for filament squashing due to high build temperature.The button plate will need some cleanup on most FDM printers, as it is hard to print such a small square pin. A nail file will do just fine to smooth the sides.
