Voron Trident/2.4 Canopy tophat Box turtle mounts

I was asked by a few members in the BoxTurtle community to design some mounts for their Voron 2.4's which use this tophat design:

Included are a few different models to help the user achieve the desired fit with their panel/foam tape combo. 

There are .stl's below that you can test your fit with before you print an entire leg. 

NOTE: users with LDO kit machines report that the 10.5MM version of legs fit the best. 

BOM:

3xM3 Hammerheads (rollnuts will work on boxturtle frame)

1x M3x12

2xM3x8

per leg

Print settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Extrusion Width: 0.4mm, forced
• Infill:
  • Percentage: 20% 
  • Type: Grid, Gyroid, Honeycomb, Triangle, or Cubic
• Walls: 4
• Top/Bottom layers: 5

Multi Color:

These files can be uploaded in your slicer, Orca for example. Load the .step file and simply paint Objects 2 and 3 in your accent color and object 1 in your primary color.

IMPORTANT! 

This model uses bridges in the design, your machine must be capable of printing ≥8mm spans. To print these properly without supports you'll need to make sure you have “Extra perimeters on overhangs” deselected
