Description
I printed the anatomical heart and its stand as a gift. Then I made a box for it.
This box is not square. It's parallelogram shaped. Just because. (It's not quite rhombic, either.) It has an insert that cradles the heart and stand and keeps them from shifting during handling. (I wouldn't ship it without internal padding, though.) It has a bow in four colors printed into the lid. You can ignore that if you don't have a multicolor printer.
I modeled this in Fusion 360. I've included the .f3d and .step files in case you want to remix it.
I recommend PLA because PLA has so many colors and textures available. Default print settings work fine. The box top has no infill, and the bottom has very little. I used 15% lightning infill in the insert, and it was fine.
If you use the multicolor multi-bed .3mf file, the box top colors are already assigned. Otherwise, use Box Top.3mf, and the part names should suggest their colors.
