Description
These are printed rails for the Anytone AT-778UV. I wanted something that would protect the front knobs and mic connection as well as the rear coax connection.
There are rail spacers that can be printed as well to help keep it in alignment.
I have printed these in PLA and they hold up well. However down here in southeast Texas I suggest printing in PETG or ASA. My last print was PETG-CF and it's incredibly strong.
The rails are 60mm tall and extend 12mm below and above the radio. This protects the radio and allows for airflow and speaker clearance if being put in a bag or stacked with other equipment. The MLok slots on the side are not usable. The parts are symmetrical so just mirror the part in your slicer.

I have also designed relocation brackets for coax and audio. The slots are designed to MLOK specs and fit very well. You might have to take a file and smooth out the inside of the slots just a touch depending on your printer.
