Description
I needed some grooved tweezers to better hold wires or pins when soldering, because even the serrations in some tweezers would allow the wire to rotate.
I found the 5-064 style of tweezers from Bernstein, but since I have a 5-434 I decided to design replaceable tips for it. The current version has about a 1mm groove diameter at a 45° angle. The prototype printed in PLA will probably not hold up for long, but that's why they are replaceable and next time I'll print them in a different material.
The included STEP file should allow you to customize the shape to your needs
Duplicate and mirror in slicer to create a matching pair of tips, see bgcode file for print settings. The small groove was a bit tricky, but .1mm layers worked ok.
