Passthrough Easter Egg

Hi,

this is a model of a impossible passthrough egg for easter decoration. The current contest spawned a few others … here's my entry.

Original Size: ~98 x 130 mm

Filament: FormFutura EasyFil ePLA Heather Violet & Elegoo Matte PLA white

my print settings:
- 0,4 nozzle @ 0,2 mm layer height
- 5% gyroid infill 
- supports: yes, on build plate only
- print orientation: as in pictures
- brim: 10 mm
- 2 walls (dont play around to much, if it falls down it will crack … I know! Sadly no chickens comes out :-)

important notes:
1) I printed my egg at 80% scaling
2) the model is designed without any tolerances in Fusion, so before printing you have to add a clearance in the slicer software (Prusaslicer - Print Settings - Advanced - XY Size Compensation) >> I used -0,225. It is a bit much I think. After a good Post-cleanup on the model -0,2 mm should be enough.
3) you have to sink both parts into the build plate to increase the contact surface for a good print stability. I used -2 mm. With less I lost two pieces mid print.
