CAUTION: THIS IS NOT A REAL KNIFE! THIS IS A COSPLAY TOY! DO NOT USE IN PUDLIC!

The design was made to satisfy my “always flicking something” needs.  99% 3D printed, easy to scale up or down. You do need plastic safe glue.  You will need a 2mm screw for the blade pivot. You can use glue instead of a screw if you want to, but I find the model to last longer with a screw.

Dimensions and Specifications:

Open Length~7.46in

Blade Length~2.7in

Handle Length~4.18in

Blade Thickness~0.15in

Handle Thickness~0.42in

Closed Length~4.3in

Blade Material~PLA

Handle Material~PLA

Blade Shape~Sheepsfoot

Deployment Options~Front & Back Flipper

Assembly should be fairly straight forward, don't glue things that move. I marked the spots you need to glue with a red dot.

You will have to bend the liner lock using a lighter or some other means of heating up plastic. Heat ONLY the section boxed until it is movable, then bend the plastic about ¼ of an inch away from the handle. This will allow the lock to function as a spring, pushing itself into the blade.

The blade works best when printed in the orientation shown below.

Enjoy! Please let me know if you would rather have more hardware used or a completely 3D printed version. I have more designs coming soon so keep an eye out ; )
