osVAC M32 Dust Brush Nozzle Mod

A brush for your osvac vacuum. I got tired of stacking adapters and straight up made this aliexpress dust brush into a osVAC compatible nozzle. There are many sellers offering this part, just search around and compare to the attatched image.

Just crush it a bit (i used a vise), insert a wide tip flathead screwdriver, and pry the original apart. Then firmly press in the new 3D printed piece.

It needs to be a bit flexible for insertion, so I recommend using PETG or PP for printing it.

I attatched a variant with modeled-in supports, print it on a multimaterial printer or do as I did and use the marker trick to get clean results.

The source files (f3d and STEP) are attatched. I invested minimal time and used no clean modelling practices, modify at your own risk.
