5 gallon 19l water jug seal cap perfect seal 100% watertight impact resistant

Perfect seal for 5gallon on 19l water jugs, it is form 3 parts, lid thread, and the seal seal you make from rubber i made from 2mm sheet, to cut the seal just place the thread part on rubber sheet and cut around, place in the lid, after print some printers don't print the split perfect, just brake or cut the slit and you good to go. try to work in the trad by just screwing the lid to tread copple times, after just ad some small amount of lubricant and you will be surprised how good it works, then must place the tread on the bottle and screw the lid, 100% seal garneted
 

Ok for the cap i made second version , some bottles are just a bit different, on the second version the cap inside bottom is now 2mm larger, also added the grips for the cap. the original was designed smooth to not overtighten, also Foden told that 101% works for him better, you may try to do the same if it is tight, for me i just worked the threads copple times, and then added some geese to them , but i use pla he used asa.
