Description
I made this using Hueforge and four PLA filaments. Unless you know what you're doing, you should use the included 3mf files unmodified in Bambu (or other slicer) to print the GB202 die file because it requires a specific layer height (0.08mm) and filaments applied at the correct layers for that height (see gb202_hueforge_describe.txt). Changing the layer height will significantly impact the final result.
Because the GB202 die mesh changes filament based on layers, you should be able to print it without an AMS. The frame, however, is not designed this way.
Filaments used (in order):
The included 3mf models already have the correct colors applied to the layers using the order above. I included the step files and the original Hueforge model in case you want to make custom adjustments to any of them. The 3mf model of the frame is scaled up by 0.25% in order to ensure fitment with the GB202 die. I taped mine to the frame using double sided tape; many glues would work well too.
I'm aware that there are some differences in reporting on GB202 die size of 761mm² vs 750mm². The official Nvidia Blackwell spec sheet lists 750mm² so I went with that: https://images.nvidia.com/aem-dam/Solutions/geforce/blackwell/nvidia-rtx-blackwell-gpu-architecture.pdf
