Empty Plaque with raised Border, 11-inch by 6-inch

I have no pics of this because this was the first step toward my final plaque and I figured someone else out there might want something like this.

I CAD-monkeyed this based on freedom units by request (about the size of a license plate).  In non-freedom units, this is 279.4 mm wide by 152.4 mm tall.  The base is 3 mm thick and the raised border is also 3 mm from the base.  The round corner cut-outs are 30 mm radius.  Nothing radical or unique about this design … just what “felt” about right for the look.

CAD-monkeyed in FreeCAD 1.0 using two sketches, base plate and then raised border.  CAD model included … hopefully it won't break and you can tweak it.  I am, in no way, a CAD-monkey level 7 … I'm more like level 3 or 4 tops.  No parametric design here - messy dependence on construction lines, blah blah blah.
