Description
This parameterizable OpenSCAD design allows you to print out brackets to attach anything in the wonderful Multiconnect ecosystem onto 2020 profile T-slot aluminum extrusion rails. I currently support two different variations of the 2020 (20cmx20cm) profiles (the 6mm version from tnutz which is a great bargain and the 5mm version from mcmaster-carr or 8020.net).
This was implemented using my https://github.com/devzero/bosl2-parts OpenSCAD library for both the extrusion profiles and the multiconnect. This version is split in half in order to improve strength and printability.
It has 5 screw-holes for M4 nuts (4x at 8mm and 1x at 10mm) which are optional but allow you to lock the bracket into place without needing a metal nut.
Additionally the bracket is spaced at 28mm, to conform to my favorite, the openGrid standard, but is parameterizable and can also support 25mm proprietary multiboard standard.
