Rugged Box for Mitutoyo Digital Caliper

The blow mold box that Mitutoyo Digital Calipers ship in has no space to store the paperwork for the caliper out of harms way. This rugged box has a space for the paperwork under a removable tray that holds the caliper and optionally spare batteries or other smaller items.

Notes:

The lid should be printed with supports on build plate only. All other parts should print well without supports but may benefit from a brim to avoid warping. I had turn the lid and the bottom to 45° to fit them on the print bed of my Bambu Lab X1C. The clips are printed standing on their side.

Post-Printing

You will need 6 dowel pins 3x30mm as hinge pins for the lid and the clips. These are just pressed in.
