Description
I just picked up my fourth HF radio, a Yaesu FT-891 and I needed rails for it. These rails protect the front knobs and rear connections very well without adding alot of bulk. The slots on the side are mlok dimensions so you can add any mlok accessory (commercial or 3D printed).
I printed the prototype in PETG with 3 walls/3 tops/3 bottoms and 30% infill and it worked great, very strong.
The final version is printed in PETG-CF with 6/6/6 and 50%. Needless to say it would take alot to break this. I've been using Polymaker PETG-CF Fiberon and really like it.
There is only one STL file, they are symmetrical so print two and bolt them on both sides.

I have also designed relocation brackets for coax and audio. The slots are designed to MLOK specs and fit very well. You might have to take a file and smooth out the inside of the slots just a touch depending on your printer.
