Description
After seeing 2" quick clamps and not seeing one for 1" barbells and getting some inspiration from online models, I give you the 1" barbell clamp with a TPU option and a basic spacer that can have any material adhered to it for grip.
For the basic plate, I used pieces of an old bicycle inner tube and sanded them till I got a tensioned fit that I felt would not break the latch when it is closed.
Printing:
Perimeters - 3+(more perimeters is better than infill)
Infill - 20%
Support as needed
Make sure to lay the latch and lock flat. If the latch is printed in any of the tall positions, it could break.
Hardware:
The holes are sized for M4 bolts/rods.
Recommended lengthen bolts:
2x 38mm (can possibly be done with as short as 25mm)
1x 15mm (for the lock)
