Description

I had some trouble placing and using the pump included in some filament vaccum bags (e.g. https://www.3djake.com/3djake/vacuum-set-including-pump ).
When you use the pump to have to apply some pressure on the pump, so that it's sitting airtight on the vacuum bag, but that also means, that you are pressing the top layer of the bag onto the bottom layer of the bag, which reduces the airflow.

So I printed the spacers, which can be placed inside the vacuum bag and place the pump outside onto it. With the additional space between the two layers the airflow is better (Maybe you have to see the pictures, because my explanation is not the best :D).

It also possible to move the spacer afterwards, to close the valve as written in manual.

I created two version, one need less material but has more overhang, the other one has less overhang but needs more material.

I printed both version with Prusament PLA and no supports on a Prusa Mini+.

Ich habe mir ein Set aus Vakuumbeuteln und einer Pupe gekauft (https://www.3djake.de/3djake/vakuumbeutel-5er-set) und hatte immer Probleme die Pumpe vernünftig anzusetzen.

Daher habe ich mir diese kleinen Abstandshalter gedruckt, die man unter Pumpe platzieren kann. Dadurch kann man die Pumpe vernünftig aufdrücken und es kommt trotzdem noch genug Luft durch.

Nach dem Abpumpen der Luft kann der Abstandshalter auch verschoben werden, so dass das Ventil wie in der Anleitung beschrieben noch einmal zugedrückt werden kann.

Ich habe zwei Versionen erstellt, einmal eine Version, die weniger Material braucht, dafür aber mehr Überhang hat und einmal eine Version mit weniger Überhang, die dafür aber auch Material braucht.

Beide Versionen habe ich ohne Supports aus PLA auf einem Prusa Mini gedruckt.
