Front Lights for Cargo Bike

TLDR; Print parts in PETG or ASA, 4 walls, 40% infill, 0.2layer height. Should fit on any curved cargo bike.

I carry my two little girls in this cargo bike and in autumn, nights were getting us when coming back from daycare. We had little flashing lights but I wasn't comfortable driving this huge bike without proper lights. 

I've converted the cargo bike to electric 3 years ago and needed to find some time to model supports for front lights. So this is it. I now have two AC bike lights plugged into a buck converter (12V) taking energy from the 52V battery. 

It works great and cars can't not see us anymore. I feel safer. 

I've printed those parts with 4 wall, 40% infill on an textured plate for this grainy look. 

Print material must be heat resistant and UV resistant. 
Best materials to print it will be PETG or ASA. I've printed mine in ABS and will reprint it in ASA when I will have a roll to test this material
