SV08 Original Display Mount Press Fit

I recommend printing this model with the screen mounting face on the build plate (a picture has been included for reference). The door for the enclosure hangs down slightly into the mounting area, so the door must be open when installing this. The screen wires must also be rerouted, they are plenty long enough to reach the right-hand side of the printer where this screen is intended to be mounted.
