Edward scissor hands right hand cover bigger slot for index finger

I saw some people printing the original cover withou modding it. So I uploaded an older mod that allows you to use the original index finger and it is wider. The index is a little bit short for this version of the blade, but at least, you can fit it in :),  Check the pictures.
