Printing: I recommend

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm base layer height, but
• variable layer height with thinner layers at the top to reduce stair stepping
  (each half consists of 2 parts, merge them before applying variable layer height)
• not only one wall on top surfaces
• top infill: concentric
