Stiffer DINMount 50mm, 55mm, 66.5mm DIN Clips - REMIX

Thanks to Steiner-Se for suggesting and testing this model.  The idea was to make a tighter DIN rail clip, and try to standardize the hole spacing to 50 or 55mm, since there are many designs which use 46mm, 52.5mm or other hole spacing, which makes using different DIN rail clips difficult.  This is the result of that collaboration.  Please post feedback if you have a suggestion on the design.

Since these models could be used with electrical components, if you use these models, it is at your own risk.  
 

These are models for DIN clips, which were remixed from Ramalama2's (@ TeamFDM) Stiffer DINMount.  

This version has 50mm and 55mm holes, with a tighter clip (by 1mm), and is a bit thicker.  Additionally, I added some optional M2x8mm screw holes in the clip, similar to the design for EddieSha's “Din Clip - Heatset Insert - Screw Mod”.  These holes can be used to strengthen the end of the clip.

There are 8 types of clips here, with the following options:

• 50mm or 55mm hole spacing
• M3 screw or M3 5x4mm heat set inserts (the pocket is 4.7 dia and 5mm deep)
• Single or double DIN clip versions

The M3 screw versions are designed so the screws mount from below the clip.  As an example, an M3x10mm screw, inserted from below the clip, should protrude about 3.4mm above the clip.  The clips are 9.6mm thick.

The STEP model is included.  Please be sure to include Ramalama2's (@ TeamFDM) Stiffer DINMount as a remix source if you remix this.
