Flat and long vacuum nozzle.
Dimensions:
- 35mm hose (doesn't need to be perfectly 35mm)
- 10.5x35mm nozzle, so flat
- short: one part only: ~25cm
- long: two parts connected: ~46cm
Print options:
- printed from PETG
- seam position: random (I like it that way but you may not, so please reslice in such case)
- infill: gyroid
- wall generator: Arachne
- brim: 15mm outside. Print both parts standing up on flat end.
- joint part (only) with a modifier that has fuzzy skin applied: all walls, point distance: 0.1mm, thickness: 0.1mm. Makes much tighter connection (but harder to split)
- my (bambustudio) 3mf print profile is available
- in filament settings → cooling → disable “slow printing down for better layer cooling” to get much faster print speed while keeping good quality
Debur edges after brim. Optionally glue parts (not needed IMO).
